It began with the vision of founder Daniel R. Leigh, whose real estate roots trace back to the mid-eighties. Location and land use planning that sits in line with market and jurisdictional realities are what make a development work, and the company has never pretended otherwise.

Meet Dan Leigh
Three decades on, the company he started is still building within an hour of where it began.
Dan Leigh founded Corman Leigh and still runs it. The company builds in Bonsall, Murrieta and Temecula, and the way he goes about a deal has not changed much since the first one. His own account of how it began, including the parts that did not go to plan, is worth reading.
