This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Corman Leigh Communities collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the cormanleigh.com website (“Site”).

Form submissions
When visitors submit information through a form on the Site, we collect the data shown in that form together with the visitor’s IP address, which is used to help detect automated submissions. Inquiries submitted through the registration form for Versailles at The Havens are transmitted to BuildTopia, the customer relationship system operated by Constellation HomeBuilder Systems on our behalf.
Third-party services used on this Site
The following third parties may receive information, including your IP address, when the relevant part of the Site loads. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

- BuildTopia (Constellation HomeBuilder Systems) — receives registration inquiries for Versailles at The Havens.
- Vimeo — hosts the video shown on the Provence and Versailles pages.
- unpkg — delivers the icon set used across the Site.
How we use collected information
Corman Leigh Communities may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service. Information you provide helps us respond to your requests and support needs more efficiently.
