What we do, start to finish.
Research, planning, construction and customer service are handled by one team rather than parceled out. That is why a Corman Leigh community looks the way it does on the day it opens, and holds up long after.
Three decades of building communities with the standard of excellence
The pillars we stand on: Trust, Respect, Excellence, and Compassion
"Our goal is to produce a 'win, win' project which complements the community's desires and needs while meeting our ambitious objectives."
Four disciplines, one team.
In the order a community actually comes together.
Research and assessment
The capability to analyze markets, recognize the risk and reward profile of a potential development, and design a product that people actually want to live in. Market trend analysis, competitive analysis and consumer feedback are gathered before construction commences, not after.
The same discipline covers establishing marketing objectives, creating innovative designs, devising pricing strategies, developing marketing and advertising programs, and managing sales execution.
Development, planning, and entitlements
Comprehensive public presentation plans, running from architectural and landscape design through to strict quality control during construction, following the highest best practice standards of the industry.
That span includes the design of the model merchandising program and the advertising and promotional campaign that carries a community to market.
Customer service
"We measure our ultimate success through a satisfying experience by the testimonies of and repeat business from our buyers." In practice that means responsive handling of inquiries before a purchase, and support that continues after closing.
Homeowners reach a dedicated customer care line rather than a general switchboard.
Our communities
A commitment to understanding and responding to the very real concerns of the people already living near a site, on environmental questions and on growth. Cities, agencies and neighbours are treated as parties to the project rather than obstacles in it.
Three decades of industry recognition.
Honors from the Building Industry Association and its chapters, Laurel Awards for the communities and the work behind them, and recognition from the cities, counties and agencies we build alongside.
