Estate Homes at the Foothills of the Santa Rosa Plateau
Architectural renderings · subject to change
Located near Downtown Murrieta, with its restaurants, shops and amphitheater, is about a mile away.
Lots this size are rare in Southwest Riverside County, and they change what can be built on them. Homes sit apart rather than shoulder to shoulder, with room for a courtyard, a long approach, and the oaks and grassland that were on the plateau first. It is drawn for buyers who want land around the house and craftsmanship in it.
The Design Concept we are Building
Warm timber against pale plaster, ceilings opened to the rafters, and stone doing the heavy work. These are the references the homes are being drawn against, not photographs of The Reserve, which has not been built.

The Reserve at Santa Rosa.
The Reserve is in development and has not been released for sale. Thirty-five homesites, all of them over an acre, and once they are gone there are no more. Plans, imagery and release timing are still being set.
Registration opens when the community is released. In the meantime our team can answer questions about the homesites, the plans and the timing.
